We will conduct MANDATORY TEAM MEETINGS the second Wednesday of each month to discuss the Team's issues and policies. ALL members are required to attend. Your vote does not count if you are not there. You will be notified either via phone or e-mail about any official Team run or meeting. Please check the website often.
4. During official Team Runs, we will ALWAYS ride in staggered formation (unless otherwise indicated). It is imperative that we stay organized, in formation and with designated Team Leaders at the front and rear. Allow for extra room to maneuver. Regardless of how and when we ride, courtesy to others is a must! Always pay attention of who is next to you and never underestimate your skills or any one else's. Be prudent and wise in how you apply yourself on the road. It is very important to observe your own limits and never try to imitate other's riding techniques! Remember that we all are at different levels of experience, therefore it is important that you ride at your own pace. Each rider should be as fast as the slowest rider.
