We will conduct MANDATORY TEAM MEETINGS the second Wednesday of each month to discuss the Team's issues and policies. ALL members are required to attend. Your vote does not count if you are not there. You will be notified either via phone or e-mail about any official Team run or meeting. Please check the website often.
14. New Join Policy: We will maintain a set amount of active members in the Team. If you fail to participate consistently in Team Runs, meetings and/or events, you will be demoted to an inactive membership status. Consequently, your spot could be taken by a prospective new join. Team members are allowed to recruit new members as long as there is space availability and he/she meets the criteria outlined above. Each potential new member will be allowed a courtesy run to observe his/her riding habits and skills. In addition, he/she will undergo a comprehensive interview and complete screening to determine whether he/she is a team player and is ready to become part of our Team.
